Healthy Snack: Boostball

Do you find yourself snacking? Have you considered a high protein option?

I am often hungry in between meals especially if I am at the gym late the night before. Snacking is something that is very hard especially when sticking to a strict diet. To help you out, I have discovered a high protein, nutritious snack – which I love!

Boostballs are high in protein which is the building blocks for muscle growth. They contain only natural sugars found in fruits and plants. A great nutritious snack, after workout protein replenishment or as an energy booster during exercise.

They also contain a rich source and wide variety of vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin A, B, E, B12, Calcium, Iron and Zinc. Made with raw cold pressed ingredients so there is no baking and no refining.


My favourite flavours are the ‘Chocolate Orange Mud Cake’ and the ‘Peanut Butter Cookie Dough’ – I mean who dislikes those flavours?!

NUTRITION TIP: Track your food intake every now and then!
The only way to know exactly what you are eating, is to weigh your foods and use a nutrition tracker like MyFitnesspal.

This is important to know how many calories you are eating. It is also essential to make sure that you’re getting in enough protein, fiber and micronutrients.

When you next go to grab a snack in between meals, consider a high protein option like the Boostballs!
